Delivery Methods

Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

We ship using a range of trusted courier services, including Correos Express, UPS, TNT, Correos, DHL, Tipsa, GLS, and others, depending on the shipping option selected by the customer or the compatibility with the product being purchased.

Orders will only be dispatched once the order has been confirmed and full payment has been received.

We reserve the right not to deliver to certain public locations where secure delivery cannot be guaranteed, such as hotels, schools, bars, or restaurants. In these cases, delivery may be arranged to a local post office or collection point upon presentation of valid identification by the authorised recipient.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the selected courier service and destination.

For deliveries within Spain, the estimated delivery time is 24–72 hours.

If you require a specific delivery estimate, please contact us before placing your order.

Products marked as Pre-order have different delivery times. Please contact us for an estimated delivery date before ordering.

Occasionally, delivery delays may occur due to supply chain issues. Should this happen, we will keep you informed throughout the process.

Receiving Your Order

Someone should be available at the delivery address to receive the shipment.

Standard shipping does not include delivery inside buildings or to upper floors. Whether the courier delivers to your door or only to the building entrance depends on the individual carrier.

Upon receiving your order, you should carefully inspect both the packaging and the contents in the presence of the courier.

If you notice any damage, missing items, or other issues with the package, you must:

  • Clearly describe the issue on the courier's delivery receipt before signing.

  • Notify contacto@eridepro.es by email within 3 days of delivery.

By signing the delivery receipt without noting any visible damage, you acknowledge that the goods have been received in acceptable condition. Claims for transit damage cannot be accepted unless the damage has been recorded on the delivery receipt.

Inspecting the package with the courier present is essential, as it allows any necessary claim to be made against the shipping carrier.
