Right of Withdrawal

Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal by contacting us at contacto@eridepro.es.

Once your return request has been approved, the product must be shipped within 14 days of our return confirmation.

E Ride Pro will refund the purchase price of the returned product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In accordance with current consumer protection regulations for e-commerce, consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period to return eligible products. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Returned products must be complete, unused, clean, and in their original condition. Products that are incomplete, damaged, dirty, or show signs of wear will not be accepted.

Electric bikes may not be returned if they have been used, as their value is reduced through battery cycling, tyre wear, suspension use, and general operation.

Returns are also not accepted for motorcycles that have been derestricted, modified, or customised.

For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned.

Where an order has been financed through a credit agreement, any costs associated with the financing remain the responsibility of the customer.

Restrictions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Consumables and spare parts once their sealed packaging has been opened.

  • Products manufactured or supplied to order (such as batteries or custom brake systems for Sur-Ron models).

  • Special orders, including products outside the standard catalogue or supplied on request.

Orders for custom-made or special-order products cannot be modified or cancelled once confirmed.

Professional customers may not cancel an order without the prior written agreement of E Ride Pro.

If a customer nevertheless cancels such an order, a cancellation fee of at least 25% of the total order value (including VAT) will apply.

Warranty

All products are manufactured and tested to the highest quality standards.

Our warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials.

  • Manufacturing defects.

  • Assembly defects.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

The warranty does not apply to rental vehicles or motorcycles used for commercial purposes, racing, or extreme off-road competition.

The warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

  • Failure to follow the instructions in the owner's manual.

  • Modifications or alterations to the original design.

  • Force majeure.

  • Accidents.

  • Misuse or abuse.

  • Negligence.

  • Incorrect installation.

  • Operator error.

  • Water damage.

  • Damage caused by external elements.

  • Improper storage.

Consumable parts are considered to be covered for manufacturing defects only during the first six months. After this period, any wear or failure is presumed to result from normal use unless the customer can demonstrate otherwise.

Any damage resulting from racing or extreme use is expressly excluded from warranty coverage.

The warranty does not cover transportation costs associated with returning motorcycles or individual components for inspection or warranty claims.

Any decision regarding repair, replacement, or refund under this warranty is subject to inspection and approval by the manufacturer or an authorised distributor.

No person or organisation is authorised to create additional obligations or liabilities on behalf of E Ride Pro beyond those expressly stated in this warranty.

E Ride Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products, including but not limited to:

  • Personal injury.

  • Property damage.

  • Financial loss.

Normal Wear Items

Some components are naturally subject to wear over time. Their lifespan depends on maintenance, riding conditions, storage, and general use.

These include, but are not limited to:

  • Battery

  • Brake pads

  • Tyres

  • Chain and lubricants

  • Suspension components

  • Seat

  • Lights

  • Cables and connectors

  • Other consumable parts
