Warranty Policy – Eride Pro
All our Eride Pro products come with a 3-year legal warranty from the date of delivery, in accordance with Spanish regulations. This warranty covers manufacturing defects or functional issues, provided they are not caused by improper use of the product. Products are sent to the European headquarters for testing to determine whether the failure is due to a manufacturing defect or improper use.
During the first 2 years, any defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery. In the third year, the customer must demonstrate that the defect was already present.
In the event of a defect, repair or replacement of the faulty product will be recommended, unless it is impossible or disproportionate.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, natural wear and tear, inadequate maintenance, or unauthorized tampering with the motorcycle’s components.
