Delivery Methods

Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer during the ordering process. Shipments are handled by the following transport agencies: Correos Express, UPS, TNT, Correos, DHL, Tipsa, GLS, or others, depending on the customer's choice or compatibility with the product type. Delivery will only be completed if the order has been confirmed and full payment has been made.

We reserve the right not to deliver to certain public locations if delivery security cannot be guaranteed (e.g., hotels, schools, bars, restaurants). This is due to the difficulty or impossibility of ensuring direct handover to the recipient in such places. In such cases, delivery can be arranged at the post office of your choice upon presentation of valid identification by the authorized person.


Delivery Times

Once the order has been shipped, delivery times vary depending on the chosen carrier and destination.

    • In Spain, estimated delivery time is 24–72 hours when the motocycle was ready with the documentation
  • For specific timelines, please check before placing your order.

Pre-order products: For items marked as pre-order, please inquire about delivery times.

Occasionally, delays may occur due to supply chain issues. Customers will be informed promptly if this happens.


Receiving Your Order

The recipient must be present at the delivery address when the carrier arrives. Delivery does not include carrying items to upper floors; this depends on the carrier and may involve delivery to the ground floor or directly to your apartment.

Upon receiving the product, inspect the package and its contents in the presence of the carrier.

  • If the package shows any irregularities (damage, torn packaging, broken product, etc.), these must be noted in detail on the delivery receipt and reported within 3 days via email to contacto@eridepro.es.
  • Signing the delivery receipt confirms acceptance of the goods in their current condition. Claims for transit-related damage will not be accepted unless noted on the delivery receipt.

It is essential to perform the inspection in the carrier’s presence to facilitate any necessary claims against them.
